By accessing or using Attention Whales ("the Service") at https://attentionwhales.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Attention Whales is a social media and web analytics dashboard that lets you connect accounts such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Analytics to view metrics, post performance, and insights in one place.
Account and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Connected Accounts
When you connect third-party platforms (including Google Sign-In, YouTube, Google Analytics, TikTok, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest), you authorize us to access data according to the permissions you grant. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms and policies. We do not control these platforms and are not liable for their actions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws, or to infringe on the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any connected systems.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
